Sierra Muecke
  • I learned early that money doesn’t just affect what you can buy—it shapes your freedom, your confidence, and the choices you believe are available to you.

I grew up on a school bus traveling throughout the Pacific Northwest, an experience filled with adventure, resilience, and creativity—but also real financial struggle. Living that close to uncertainty gave me a front-row seat to how overwhelming money can feel when resources are limited and decisions carry extra weight. From a young age, I knew I wanted a different future—one built on stability, intention, and possibility—and I was determined to create it for myself.

That determination led me to put myself through school, earning degrees in both finance and psychology. I was searching for work that mattered—something that combined a deep understanding of money with a real understanding of people. When I discovered financial planning, it finally clicked. It was the intersection of everything I cared about: helping people build better futures, guiding them through complex decisions, and giving them education and clarity in an area where most of us were never properly taught.

As a young female business owner in a male-dominated industry, I quickly learned that building financial confidence wasn’t just about numbers—it was about ownership, boundaries, and belief. I had to learn how to run a business efficiently and advocate for my value, often in spaces where women were underrepresented. That experience didn’t discourage me—it fueled a deeper passion to help other women and business owners rise through similar challenges with confidence and clarity.

Over time, a pattern became impossible to ignore. The driven, capable people I worked with were incredibly successful in their careers—yet many felt stretched thin, disconnected from their personal finances, and unsure how to align their success with the life they actually wanted to live. They were building impressive careers, but often at the expense of their time, relationships, and peace of mind.

I refused to believe that success had to come at that cost.

What I found, through research and real-world experience, was that the most fulfilled, successful people share a common trait: they know they can do anything—but not everything. They focus on their highest strengths, surround themselves with the right team, and make intentional decisions that support both their financial future and their life outside of work.

That philosophy is the foundation of everything I do.

At Infinite Heights, my goal is to be your partner-to help you simplify the complexity, gain confidence in your financial decisions and future, and build a strategy that supports your ambitions and your life. I help my clients step out of overwhelm and into clarity, so that their money becomes a tool for purpose and possibility.

My own personal mission is to maximize life’s infinite moments- to allow them to take me to new heights, to enjoy the journey along the way, to help others build extraordinary lives and flourish. To be authentic, to be of value, to be a loving and inspirational leader, to be a force for God and a force for good.

That is my commitment to you.

Meet Sandie Rodda

Hi, I'm Sandie, Wealth Advisor at Infinite Heights Wealth Management.

In my role as a Wealth Advisor, I serve as your powerful ally—taking the complexity of the markets off your plate so you can remain the undisputed expert in your own life and business.

My passion to provide for and protect others started early for me; growing up as the youngest of 11 children in a small town outside of Chicago, I learned that you don’t wait for an invitation to the table—you earn your seat through an unrelenting work ethic and a genuine heart, and sometimes, just being faster than your siblings.

Those values have anchored my near 30-year career in finance, where I have served as the "expert for the experts," educating and building deep partnerships with the industry's top financial advisors across the country.

Sandie Rodda
  • While I loved my career in the field, I felt a calling to bring that depth of knowledge home to the people who matter most: individuals and families. In 2022, I brought my deep Chicago roots to the beautiful Pacific Northwest to serve as a Wealth Advisor.  Here, my personal time is best spent in my flower garden, where I’ve learned that a thriving landscape—much like a successful financial life—doesn't happen by accident. It requires a vision for the long game, nutrient-rich soil, and the steady hand of someone who knows when to prune and when to let things bloom.

Throughout my career, I have witnessed a persistent myth: the idea that you must be an expert in the markets before you are "worthy" of an elite financial plan. My commitment to you is to dismantle that belief. You have already done the most difficult, significant work—you dreamed a big life and you built it. You are the undisputed expert in your business; you shouldn’t have to be an expert in mine.

I believe financial planning is a partnership of equals, not a test of your knowledge. I am here to lead with empathy, kindness and transparency ensuring your legacy is handled with the same expert precision and genuine heart you poured into creating it. True wealth isn’t a number on a page; it is the freedom and quiet confidence to enjoy the beautiful life you’ve cultivated. You have more than earned your seat at the table—I’m here to provide the peace of mind that allows you to stay fully present for the people and passions you love.

Meet Heather Jett

Hello — I’m Heather Jett, Executive Assistant at Infinite Heights Wealth Management, where I focus on creating an organized and thoughtful experience for both our clients and team.

I’ve always been drawn to the details that keep things running smoothly, but what’s kept me in this field is the bigger picture behind those details. Over the past eight years, I’ve worked closely with advisors and clients and have seen firsthand the sense of relief and confidence that comes from having a clear financial plan. Being part of that process is what led me to start pursuing a path toward becoming a financial advisor myself!

Heather Jett
  • Outside of work, I’m the second oldest of seven and grew up in a big baseball family. After more than ten years of competitive softball and life in a busy household, I learned early on that a little organization goes a long way, and naturally started looking for the best process in the middle of the chaos.

I enjoy getting to know what matters most to each client and helping create an experience that feels organized, supportive, and easy to navigate. In my role, I manage both operations and client service while continuing to learn more about the planning process and take on opportunities to be more involved with clients.

What I find most meaningful about this work is being part of something that helps people feel more confident and prepared, whether they’re planning for retirement, navigating a life transition, or simply trying to make better day-to-day decisions. It’s rewarding to contribute to a process that helps people feel more secure about where they’re headed and ultimately live life at Infinite Heights!

Meet Isabel Brown

Hi, I’m Izzy, CPA and Tax and Accounting Strategist at Infinite Heights Wealth Management.

I’ve always enjoyed working with numbers, so accounting felt like a natural path in college. But early on, one of my favorite professors shifted my outlook on my career by introducing me to sustainability accounting. I could see accounting as more than just transactions and spreadsheets, but as a tool that could influence decisions, shape processes, and create lasting impact.

While my education shaped how I approach accounting, my upbringing defined why it matters to me. After the adversity my family overcame during the 2008 financial crisis, I became deeply aware of how much finances can affect someone’s confidence, sense of security, and opportunity.

Professionally, much of my early career was focused on the past. Through audit, accounting, and compliance work, I was often looking at what had already happened. While that work built a strong technical foundation that I value deeply, I found myself desiring to be involved early on, help weigh decisions, and to have a more personal impact.

  • While tax preparation is inherently retrospective, tax planning is where strategy comes to life. It combines my accounting background with a forward-looking approach, helping clients understand the tax implications of their financial decisions. My personal experiences also help me relate to the fear and anxiety that often come with financial decisions and allows me to meet clients with an empathetic approach.

After working on internal-facing teams at large firms and public companies, I especially value collaborating directly with clients and small businesses. I genuinely love teaching, and I find great purpose in translating complex tax and accounting concepts into something clear, structured, and approachable. When clients understand how their decisions connect to taxes, it can foster knowledge that extends far beyond any single conversation.

Being immersed in the financial sector, I have also seen how often women remain underrepresented in the room. Even as a professional in the field, I have at times felt challenged to speak up and have my voice heard in environments shaped by louder and more forceful perspectives. That reality has strengthened my belief in the importance of creating space for women and other underrepresented voices, and in helping others feel heard, valued, and empowered to speak openly.

Joining Infinite Heights has allowed me to bring together the analytical and human sides of this work. I’m excited to help others build their financial confidence and to play a role in creating clarity and lasting impact in the lives of our clients.

Meet Grace Hincapie

Hi, I’m Grace, Marketing and Operations Manager at Infinite Heights Wealth Management.

My path into finance was personal before it was professional. In 2022, I lost my dad to a five year battle with cancer, and going through this journey with my mom and siblings, I experienced first hand what it feels and looks like to not have a financial plan in place, especially when it comes to end of life planning. This raw experience opened my eyes to how I wasn’t financially prepared for the future I hoped to build, and not because I lacked ambition or discipline, but because I lacked guidance. I had not been taught how to think strategically about money, or how to align financial decisions with long-term vision. That realization stayed with me.

Grace Hincapie
  • I grew up as the second oldest in a large family of seven siblings. In my early twenties, I spent a couple years pursuing a personal call I was drawn to from childhood, that of entering a convent as a religious sister. Even though I knew after a couple years that road wasn’t for me, it was a pivotal part of my story. There my desire to walk with others and have an impact on their lives grew deeper.

After being introduced to the financial world through insurance, I discovered something that deeply resonated with my own story: wealth management is where human connection and strategy collide. At its best, this work isn’t just about numbers, it’s about understanding someone’s story, values, and aspirations, and building a thoughtful structure to support them.

I’ve always been drawn to a big vision and shared mission. Even as a child, I would gather my siblings to “play board meetings,” mapping out imaginary plans and big ideas. That instinct, to bring people together, to build something meaningful, to have my hands in many pots, has shaped both my personal and professional journey.

With a background rooted in client-facing roles, I care deeply about the experience behind the strategy. I love bringing an unexpected perspective, elevating details, and ensuring that systems and messaging reflect the excellence our clients deserve.

At the heart of my work is a belief in stewardship, using our gifts and resources wisely, serving with integrity, and helping others build lives that are both intentional and flourishing.

It’s a privilege to help create clarity where there was once uncertainty, and to contribute to something that aims high, both for our clients and for our community.
