We are hiring a creative, highly capable Marketing and Operations Manager who will lead our marketing efforts while also supporting the CEO with executive assistance and front office operations. This role is ideal for someone with a strong marketing and design foundation who is excited to take full ownership of content creation, branding, and storytelling, while also serving as a trusted partner in the day-to-day running of the firm.

A core focus of this role will be marketing leadership. You will be responsible for developing and executing our marketing strategy, managing social platforms, planning campaigns, designing branded materials, and capturing and editing photo and video content. Alongside marketing, you’ll also provide meaningful executive and operational support. We are hiring an Investment Strategist to lead investment strategy, implementation, and communication across the firm. The Investment Strategist plays a central role in both client experience and firm visibility, serving as a trusted voice on markets, portfolio strategy, and long-term investing. 

The Investment Strategist is responsible for shaping and communicating the firm’s investment philosophy, preparing and delivering investment recommendations, and leading investment focused client meetings. This role works closely with Associate Advisors, advisory leadership, and the broader team to ensure investment strategy is fully integrated into each client’s overall financial plan. 

In addition to client work, the Investment Strategist contributes to external content, education, and media, helping translate complex market concepts into clear, confidence building guidance.
